How BEP helps you move forward

    BEP brings together what is happening across your departments: new emails, tasks, invoices and what needs attention.

  2. A prepared proposal

    Where it fits, BEP prepares a proposal, such as a draft reply or a reminder.

  3. Your review

    You look at the proposal, adjust it if needed and approve the next step. An outgoing email is only sent after you click send.

BASE

One conversation for an overview of your business.

Ask BASE your question. BASE brings together the relevant information from your departments, and then you decide the next step.

Start with what needs attention today.

At the top of your departments you see what is open: approvals waiting, stock running low, invoices to check. The regular checks run in the morning, so the list is ready when you start.

Reviewing a proposal

BEP prepares. You review.

Look at a proposal, adjust it where needed and approve the next step.

  • You see what the proposal is about and exactly what would be sent.
  • Reject, Edit or Approve & Send: you choose.
  • Until you decide, the proposal stays on "Awaiting approval".

A draft is not a sent message. Which actions require prior approval depends on the configured rules.

Trust and control

Control over actions

BEP prepares work as a proposal. Which actions require prior approval depends on the configured rules; an outgoing email is only sent after you click send. Some steps can be undone, such as a lead conversion or a reviewed transaction; a sent email cannot.

Insight into AI usage

You see your usage and set your own monthly limit. You can connect your own AI key; without one, the agents run on BEP's key.

How your data is processed

Your data is kept separate per company. The app and the database run in Frankfurt (EU). For the AI features, data goes to Anthropic, whose commercial terms state it does not train on the data we send; that transfer outside the EU is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

What types of business is BEP for?

BEP is an AI business platform for small businesses, such as a psychology practice, plumbing business, online shop or consultancy. Choose the departments that fit your work. BEP is in its pilot phase, and the pilot operates in Dutch.

I do not have an online shop. Is BEP useful for me?

Yes. You do not need an online shop. A practice might choose Admin and Finance; a plumbing business might also use Operations. Only your selected departments appear in your workspace.

How do I choose my departments?

Choose from Admin, Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Operations, Logistics and Marketing. Select what fits your everyday work. The example configurations on this page show how that choice can differ between businesses.

Which connections can I use now?

Gmail is available for email within Admin. Shopify is available for businesses with an online shop. WhatsApp, Instagram and calendar are in development and are not available yet.

What does BEP prepare and what do I approve?

BEP can prepare work as a proposal, such as a draft reply. Review the content, make changes if needed and approve the next step. Which actions require prior approval depends on the configured rules; an outgoing email is only sent after you click send.

How can I get started and what does it cost?

Request access to the Dutch-language pilot. We will contact you about getting started. Ask about the pilot terms and any costs for BEP and AI usage.
