These terms cover the use of getbep.com and of BEP during the pilot. Arrangements per participant, such as duration and any costs, are agreed with you separately.

The pilot
BEP is in its pilot phase, and the pilot operates in Dutch. Access is by invitation, after a request. Features may change during the pilot.
What BEP does and what you decide
BEP prepares work as a proposal, such as a draft reply. You review proposals and decide what happens. Which actions require prior approval depends on the configured rules; an outgoing email is only sent after you click send.
AI can make mistakes
Proposals and answers in BEP partly come from AI. They can be incomplete or incorrect. Check a proposal before you approve it.
Your workspace and connections
You decide who you invite into your workspace and which connections you switch on. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy at getbep.com/privacy.
Costs
We agree the pilot terms and any costs for BEP and AI usage with you before you start. You can set your own monthly limit for AI usage.
Stopping
how you cancel, what happens to your data after the pilot, and within what period.
